At the XXII Conference for Latin American Ports, organised in June 2013 in Bogota (Colombia) by the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), Kurt J. Nagle, President and CEO of AAPA, and Armando Duarte Pelaez, Continental Chairman of the Board, AAPA signed an MOU with Herman Journee, Chairman, ECOSLC Foundation to make EcoPorts Tools available to all AAPA members.
